Initial Consultation

I understand that looking for a therapist and booking your first session can feel overwhelming. But taking that first step could be the beginning of real change in your life—the kind you’ve been hoping for.

I invite you to book an initial consultation with me. It’s a chance for us to discuss what’s on your mind, explore how therapy might work for you, and see if we’re the right fit for each other.

How Long Therapy Lasts

I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, and we’ll work together to decide what’s best for you. Short-term therapy is great if you want to focus on a specific issue or crisis, giving you a supportive space to explore your options and strategies.

For those looking for more in-depth work, longer-term therapy allows us to dive into deeper patterns, process trauma, and help you gain greater self-awareness and clarity.

We’ll keep checking in on how things are going and agree together on what feels right in terms of the duration of therapy.

Starting Therapy

If you decide to move forward, we’ll start by talking about your goals and setting up a clear plan for our work together. This will include practical details, such as confidentiality boundaries, fees, and my cancellation policy.

Each session lasts 50 minutes, and we’ll usually meet once a week at a time that’s reserved just for you. We’ll regularly check in to review your progress and ensure you’re getting the most out of therapy.
